Student representatives from each year level of the program will be appointed. Student representatives meet with the academic staff and course coordinators at student staff forum meetings on campus or online. These representatives act as a communication channel for students from each year level.  Course Coordinators will call for expressions of interest from students at the beginning of each academic year and we encourage students to consider this important role.

Students can also apply to represent their peers at College Curriculum Management Committee, which evaluates and approves all subject and course level curriculum changes at the college level. The committee meets online 10 times per year.  The committee chair will call for expressions of interest from students at the beginning of each academic year and we encourage students to consider this important role.

There are also representation opportunities for students to consider provided by the Education Division of the University. Please see the Education Division website for details.

The University welcomes all forms of feedback and has a formal feedback process for subjects and teaching. Your·¬ÇÑÉçÇø subject and teaching surveys allow students to provide feedback regarding the teaching and running of the subjects which they are enrolled in. As part of our commitment to improving the quality of our subjects and teaching, we encourage all students to complete the Your·¬ÇÑÉçÇø surveys at the end of each study period.

To demonstrate our commitment to responding transparently to student feedback, we have instituted  a webpage to report a summary of responses to student feedback provided in the Your·¬ÇÑÉçÇø surveys.

Feedback can also be provided via your year level student representatives who meet with course coordinators at least once each teaching period. Any issue should be raised with either the subject coordinator, year level advisor, course coordinator or the Academic Head of discipline or the college Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching.

If during the program you have a complaint or would like to provide feedback which falls outside of the processes listed above please see the feedback and complaints webpage.
