Thursday 27 April 2023, 2pm – 3pm Did you know that in Australia you can be fired for something you post on social media, even if it is outside of working hours? In this week’s seminar Dr Louise Floyd helps us navigate the new developments in Employment Law. Dr Floyd will revise key issues for those entering the workforce, in addition to afterhours conduct and social media, she will touch on artificial intelligence & work, changes to the law on enterprise bargaining, bullying, harassment and discrimination. View the Presentation Slides HERE Louise was the first Australian to win the MacCormick Fellowship to the University of Edinburgh Law School; she has held multiple International Visiting Fellowships to Cornell University, New York, in America’s Ivy League. She has been published in the world’s leading law journal, The Law Quarterly Review, is the lead author of an employment law book for Cambridge University Press and she is currently writing her 6th book, which is on employment law.
