I’m not sure if I’ll continue studying. What are my options after I finish school?
Many people don't know what they want to do with their lives. Taking time to look at your options can be really helpful to shape what you could do next and who you will become.
Unsure what you want to study?
Explore career options and find the course to get you there. Websites such as and can guide you on your choices for future study and training. Answer questions about your skills and interests to find personal recommendations to explore.
Did you know you can defer?
If you're undecided about going to university, do you know about the option to defer? If your application is successful, you can save your place and defer your start date for six or 12 months. This means you can take up to a year to decide if that's the course for you, without then having to go through the application process a year later.
During your time before university you might decide to get a job, or go travelling, perhaps take the opportunity to become a volunteer or get some work experience.
Explore scholarships
If you need some financial support to study, check out the ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø Access Fund which provides eligible students up to $4,000.
·¬ÇÑÉçÇø offers grants and scholarships across a variety of categories, and some are worth up to $25,000, so be sure to check your eligibility.
