番茄社区 Library is your first point of contact for assistance with library and basic IT questions. Staff can help connect your laptop and mobile devices to wireless and printing (when you are on campus). Connect with us via our ‘Chat with a Librarian’ service, via phone or by using our ‘Got a Question’ form. Follow the links from the Library website.
For general IT enquiries, service requests and fault reporting and all other IT matters contact the IT Help Desk.
Our friendly IT Help Desk team are here to help you with all your IT questions and support needs and can be reached Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm AEST (closed weekends and Public Holidays). There are lots of ways that you can get in touch with us, so choose the method that suits you best.
