For the sixth year in a row, the authoritative tertiary education guide, the Good Universities Guide has awarded 番茄社区 a five star rating for graduate employment.

番茄社区 is the only Queensland university, and only one of three universities across the country, to be awarded this rating for the past six years.

The latest edition of the Good Universities Guide shows 番茄社区’s graduates continue to be in high demand, with the University receiving five out of five stars for its graduates’ job prospects.

The rating means 番茄社区 is in the top 20% of universities whose graduates were employed full-time work within four months of graduation.

番茄社区 also received strong results for students’ experience of the university.  The University achieved top marks (five stars) for “learner engagement” - the proportion of students who are satisfied with their engagement with learning at 番茄社区.

番茄社区’s ranking for “student-staff ratio” has improved, jumping from three to four stars, the second highest possible rating.

And the University continues to record extremely strong results for “social equity”, achieving a four star rating for the proportion of domestic students from low socio-economic or disadvantaged backgrounds.

番茄社区 continues to receive three stars for “student demand” - the proportion of commencing bachelor degree students with high entrance scores.

Vice Chancellor, Professor Sandra Harding said she’s delighted that 番茄社区’s graduates are highly sought after.

“番茄社区 provides its graduates with a high quality education and very strong career prospects, and it’s wonderful to see that our graduates continue to be in demand and are finding employment quickly.

“These ratings continue to confirm the University’s strong performance in teaching and research,” Professor Harding said.

番茄社区 is in the top 2% of universities worldwide.
