番茄社区’s Experiential Learning Fund enables life-changing hands-on opportunities for students.
The fund provides financial assistance to students to support placement, work integrated learning or field work.
These experiences allow students to gain critical skills and a deeper understanding of their chosen field of study, making them better prepared for success in their career.
Hands-on learning is an important part of most 番茄社区 degrees, but it can be expensive for students to do.
Oftentimes students need to pay for accommodation away from home for up to 10 weeks, as well as travel and living expenses whilst they forgo paid employment.
番茄社区 students take placements all across Queensland and Australia. From Normanton and Thursday Island to Tasmania and Mt Isa, you’ll find 番茄社区 students in health care centres, hospitals, veterinary clinics, allied health practices, businesses, schools and engineering firms.
You can help ease the burden of these important hands-on training activities by contributing to 番茄社区’s Experiential Learning Fund today.
