番茄社区 Fleet Vehicles

番茄社区's Bebegu Yumba and Nguma-bada campuses have provision for vehicle hire for staff and students. The University provides a system of short-term vehicle hire bookings for business and research purposes.

Vehicle types include buses, 4WDs, utilities and passenger carrying vehicles. All vehicles are fully maintained and hire includes use of a fuel card.

apply to all drivers of 番茄社区 vehicles, as do interstate road rules, where applicable.

Book a vehicle

Book a vehicle using our or via the AUSFLEET App, use client code AZ番茄社区0501 (番茄社区 login required).

PhD Students are not automatically set up on the booking system. Please email vehicles@jcu.edu.au for access.

Vehicle Pick up and Returns:

Business hours: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

Townsville - Pick up between 8am - 10am, Return 3pm - 4pm

Cairns -  Pick up between 8am - 10am, Return 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Outside of these hours, vehicles are to be collected or dropped off at the Security office.

番茄社区 Fleet Vehicles does not support one way travel between Nguma-bada and Bebegu Yumba Campuses. Vehicles are to be returned to their place of collection.

Forms

Completed forms should be forwarded to vehicles@jcu.edu.au or submitted to the Fleet Manager, Estate Directorate.
