Admission Requirements
Course pre-requisites | Registration as a nurse, doctor of medicine or other health professional in Australia; or completion of an appropriate AQF level 7 bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with 2 years relevant experience or equivalent. |
Minimum English language proficiency requirements | Applicants of non-English speaking backgrounds must meet the English language proficiency requirements of Band 3a – Schedule II of the 番茄社区 Admissions Policy. |
Additional selection requirements | Information published by 番茄社区 or otherwise made available to students when applying, may specify additional criteria to be considered in ranking applicants in order of merit if the number of applications exceeds a quota or other limit on the places made available for the course. Eligibility | Students may apply for a credit transfer for previous tertiary study or informal and non-formal learning in accordance with the Credit Transfer Procedure |
Maximum allowed | 18 credit points except where a student transfers from one 番茄社区 award to another, then credit may be granted for more than two-thirds of the new award, where there is subject equivalence between the awards (e.g. 24 credit points for Graduate Diploma of Health Professional Education). |
Currency | Credit will be granted only for subjects completed in the last 12 years prior to the commencement of this course. |
Expiry | Credit gained for any subject shall be cancelled 14 years after the date of the examination upon which the credit is based if, by then, the student has not completed this course. |
