In accordance with the requirements of the Supreme Court (Legal Practitioners Admission) Rules 2004 (QLD), students who intend, at any time, to seek admission as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland must include as subjects within their degree: LA 4 038:03 Legal Ethics and Trust Accounting 2. Students seeking admission to practice are strongly advised to include the following level 4 subjects: LA4 0 19:03 Conveyancing and Drafting 3. Townsville students seeking admission to practice are also encouraged to include LA4 0 14:03 Clinical Legal Studies. |

Eligibility | Candidates may apply for advanced standing for previous tertiary study in accordance with the Advanced Standing for Previous Studies and Recognised Prior Learning policy associated procedures. |
