番茄社区 launched Australia’s first Internet of Things degree in 2016, and in 2017 opened Australia’s first NarrowBand Internet of Things (NBIoT) research lab in Cairns.

“The Internet of Things is based on something that is central to our mission in the Tropics: building a greater connectivity between people, place, and technology,” 番茄社区 Vice Chancellor Professor Sandra Harding said.
